The location could not have been more convenient — easy to get to everything we needed in Durham without any hassle. Our family stayed at this property for Duke's graduation weekend where we were able to enjoy time together with friends as we celebrated our graduates. This beautiful and well-equipped property gave us spaces to both celebrate and relax. We enjoyed the creative spaces to taste local take-out, sit by a fire on a crisp evening and laugh with friends from near and far. The location minutes from Duke University was a huge plus on a busy weekend. Michael was an excellent and responsive host who helped make this weekend truly special for our family.

The house is in an amazing location! We were in town for an event at Duke and it was the perfect nearby retreat in the woods after a long day. Michael was incredibly responsive and easy to work with! Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to the area and needing a place with multiple bedrooms.

We loved our stay at Michael’s place. Our family used it while in Durham for a long weekend. Our kids enjoyed exploring outside, we cooked in the kitchen and were super close to Duke and downtown Durham. We had plenty of space to spread out. Michael was very responsive when we had an issue with the sink on our last morning. Thanks for a great stay in your fun and funky home!

Very convenient place to stay at for a Duke visit. Location is excellent, very close to campus. The house is very different, with a lot of windows and natural light from everywhere. Layout is very linear, with the rooms very far from each other. Michael responded quickly to all of our messages.
