Let’s take a tour of your new getaway! To keep the pool pristine for every guest, our licensed technician services it twice a week—on Mondays and Thursdays. The pool heater keeps everything warm, but the hot tub jets themselves aren’t functional at the moment

💧 Saltwater Pool Our pool is a saltwater pool — gentle on the skin, naturally refreshing, and always clean! 🧂🏊♂️ Perfect for a relaxing swim during your stay. 🌞🌴 Parking** We do have a Limit of two cars in front of the house but please inquire about parking in the garage. 🌴 A quick heads-up for your stay! To keep the cool breeze inside and the Florida heat outside, our system will pause the AC or heat if a door or window stays open for more than 5 minutes. No stress — just close everything up and it turns right back on. Easy! Thanks for helping us keep the retreat comfy and energy-friendly. 🌺 * Pool is heated to 80 degrees ❗The heater for the pool is off during the summer months * Hot tub jets at the moment are not working. (Please Read) - Hot Tub , is not functional . The Jets do not work in that section. But when pool is heated the heated water carry’s over in the hot tub. But the hot tub and the jets in the hot tub do not function at the moment 🎲 **Outdoor Games & Toys:** - Return all games, floats, and toys to their designated spots. - Ensure all pieces are accounted for. **House Temperature & Utilities** 🌡️ **A/C Setting:** Please set the indoor AC unit to **78°F** when leaving. 🛠️ **Breakages & Issues:** Report any damage immediately so we can address it promptly. **Bathroom & Plumbing** 🚽 **Toilet Use:** - Only flush **toilet paper**—no wipes, even if labeled "flushable." - Dispose of any other items in the trash. **Pet Policy** 🐶 No Pets. **Garage** Use of the garage is prohibited as we are trying to keep the garage clean for our up coming project. Please refrain from parking there. 🙏🏻 Thank you for understanding. **WiFi & Contact** 📶 WiFi access details and contact information will be posted inside the house. **Parties & Noise Policy** 🚫 **No Parties Allowed:** Unauthorized parties will result in a **$1,000 fine**—thank you for respecting this rule. 🚫 **No Smoking Indoors:** A **$200 penalty** will be charged for smoking inside or leaving any smoking-related residue outside. **DO NOT DUMP TRASH OUTSIDE THE BINS Please do not leave any trash or trash bags outside, on top of, or next to the bins.
